This was the first tender that PDS won way back in March 2007. Working initially with the education team to provide full measured surveys, fully attributed intelligent CAD drawings and Building, Mechanical and Electrical condition surveys of all the Council’s schools. PDS were subsequently instructed to undertake a similar exercise by the Council’s corporate portfolio managers and have undertaken update surveys as recently as Autumn 2015.
